A big welcome from us

Welcome to our world of plots, puzzles, and playful deception. We’re Maureen and Keith — better known on the crime scene as Clueso & Clueless, a mischievous duo who have been crafting murder and mystery events since 2007.

Before turning to a life of fictional crime, we both spent decades as teachers, helping students bring stories to life. We have also both trodden the boards with local am dram groups. Together we have thrown ourselves into Brentwood creative heart beat, performing as 'Take Two,’ running a long-standing Open Mic night, supporting the local Folk Club, organising parties, and fundraising for community charities.

Our murder mysteries were first born under the Spanish sun, entertaining ex-pats with twists, turns, and the occasional theatrical scream. Today, we bring our mysteries closer to home, staging unforgettable evenings across Essex. With countless delighted guests and glowing testimonials, we continue to prove that a good whodunnit never goes out of style.
